Bidding Opens: February 9, 2026
Bidding Closes: February 18, 2026 – 3 lots close every minute beginning at 12:00 PM
Pickup Dates: February 19 from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Location: 74 East End Ave., Durham, NC
*Buyers are responsible for all loading and hauling of purchases. The auction company will NOT be providing loading assistance.*
Buyer’s Premium: 10%
Sales Tax: 7.5% on non-titled assets
Payment Methods: Lots 1–4: Cash or Certified Check
All other items: Credit card only. Cards will be charged automatically at the close of the auction. 3.2% processing fee applies to credit card payments.

Payment Deadline: February 4 at 2:00 PM. Lots 1–27, 31, 33–34, and 37–38: Cash or Certified Check

Buyer’s Premium: 10% buyer’s premium is added to the final hammer price of each lot.
Credit Card Fee: 3.2% processing fee applies to credit card payments.
Sales Tax: 7.5% sales tax applies to non-titled assets. If you are tax-exempt, we must have your valid tax exemption certificate on file. This documentation must be submitted before sales tax can be removed from an invoice.
Titles: Vehicle titles will be mailed to the buyer within 15 days of payment. Titles will not be given to buyers onsite.
All items are sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties or guarantees. Buyers are responsible for conducting their own inspections prior to bidding. Participation in the auction signifies acceptance of the items’ condition.
Removal Requirements

Dates & Times: February 19 | 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Buyers are responsible for all loading, equipment, and transportation. Full payment must be collected before removal. Items must be removed during the designated pickup window. No storage is available beyond the scheduled dates. Auction company will not be providing loading assistance during removal.
