Payment by cash or certified check for rolling stock items. All other items are credit card only. Cards will be charged automatically at the close of the auction.
Buyer’s Premium: 10% buyer’s premium is added to the final hammer price of each lot.
Credit Card Fee: 3.2% processing fee applies to credit card payments.
Sales Tax: 6.3% VA sales tax applies to non-titled items. If you are tax-exempt, we must have your valid tax exemption certificate on file. This documentation must be submitted before sales tax can be removed from an invoice.
Removal Requirements

Pickup Location: 24 Governor Stanley Hwy, Bassett, VA
Buyers are responsible for all loading, equipment, and transportation. Full payment must be collected before removal. Items must be removed during the designated pickup window. No storage is available beyond the scheduled dates.
