Abandoned Items - Any items not picked up on the scheduled pickup date and time will be considered abandoned. No refunds will be given, no additional time for Pickup will be allowed and no exceptions will be made. Any abandoned items will be sold in an upcoming auction on behalf of the purchaser. Proceeds of abandoned items will be sent less a commission of 25%.
Payment - Failure to pay for your auction purchases during the scheduled payment time will result in your bidding privileges being revoked and your account turned over to collections.
